Spring Swim Camp Week 3 - Breathing

Practice standing in the water holding a kick board. Lean forward so that your head is on the water put you are still standing. Blow air out through the nose, then turn your heaqd to the side to breath, keep repeating on both sides.Use one arm drill with a kick board to get use to breathing, make sure you don't lift your head.
Another good drill to use to practice breathing is front crawl on your side with a rotation
